"The gentleman that checked me in was terrific. The room is spacious and it has a nice aesthetic. That said, it's nearly thirty years old and some of it seems a bit dated. The location is near the I-71 freeway which is fine but it's also on a generic deadened street. Doesn't seem to have much charm or character."

"The front service lady was nice. The room smelled so bad. The towels in the room looked unwashed. Thankfully we came late and checked out early as we were there for tournament. I had to checkout early and they told me to leave the door key under the front door. After i left a message as no one picked up my call, to call back. I never received one."
