"From the moment we walked in, we were treated well. Check-in was seamless, the restaurant was not only convenient, but the staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was excellent! The bed was comfy! The shuttle to the airport the next morning was prompt, arriving 5 minutes after we came down, and it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport! The only "down" thing about the property is it is dated, but it didn't bother me. It was kind of cool to be in the retro deco. "

"Close to the University and close to the airport. There isn't a lot of jet noise, though so there aren't many disturbances. There are a lot of restaurants close by, if you need something to eat. The breakfast is good, and the folks in charge of it are friendly. The only down side is that it doesn't have an elevator. "

"Everything about Hyatt Pl., Albuquerque is five out of five. The rooms are large and with the sofa and writing desks in the rooms, it feels like you have separate sleeping and relaxing spaces. Breakfast is top-notch, and staff is very helpful."
