"House was reasonably nice. Did have some water damage and pool table room needed to be cleaned better. Also quite restrictive considering a large host fee yet required us to practically clean the whole place as well. If you're an owner and charge a large fee for the host fee, taking out the garbage and doing the dishes are the responsibility of the host not the renter, hotels don't charge a host fee and clean EVERYTHING. This is why there IS a host fee in house rentals is you're cleaning up......

"Cozy relaxing home,, had no issues at all,, House and every single house item was clean and properly working. Full privacy as there were no interruptions by any person . Support was available 24/7 by house owner for any kind of communication and they were polite and respectful. Nice location."
