Just 1 mile to Newport Beach's iconic Fashion Island, 2 miles to Corona Del Mar Beach or Balboa Island. This home was just remodeled with new blonde hardwood flooring, quartz kitchen, and carrera marble bath. The living space offers an open floor plan kitchen, living & dining room that opens up to a very private enclosed patio with bbq.

The bedrooms have clean and comfortable beds with large closets for storage and blackout drapery for restful sleep.

We include two bicycles, two beach chairs, and beach towels for your enjoyment.
