They became a homeless shelter (as of the day I was meant to travel) and didn't think to tell me beforehand. I'm currently in a fight to get a refund... Communication is key, and that had none
The lock was broken on the door I was nervous all night waiting for someone to come in my room

Not cool!
Horrible! Waited 2 hrs to check in. They didn’t provide a iron for the room so my clothes were wrinkled SMH. Anytime I left my room and came back my keycard didn’t work.
I booked a room that was supposed to have mirrors on the ceiling. Room had no ceiling mirror. Check-in was a nightmare, the guy asked for my debit card pin number! When I refused, he said he could not process the payment. So this establishment is essentially a cash-only place despite its advertisements. A lot of false advertising indeed. My partner offered to pay with credjt card but he refused because my partner did not book the room - not sure what was the logic there since we were staying together.
Cons: No hangers in closet. Neither of us were anle to connect to the wifi in the room. The room was not well soundproofed, we could hear guests in hallways and other rooms. We stayed 2 nights and the towels were not changed.
Pros: Location is pretty close to subway. Food available nearby. Room was clean.
For the price it was worth it during my 3 nights just one had some noise in the hall it was a clean place to sleep and relax after I was done exploring the city close to subway and bus
Great experience! Didn’t need anything so didn't really have to request anything from hotel. I felt safe. The price was right. I had everything i needed around me.
When we arrived no one was at the front desk. It took 10 minutes before someone came. The place looked like it had been ransacked, and the other patron were unsavory. We did not feel safe. We got stuck in the elevator. Once we got to the room it was disgusting. There was dust and food under the furniture and what looked like either blood or ketchup on the wall by the bed. We were running late to our event so we quickly got ready and left. After the event we made the decision to not stay that night or the next as we originally planned. It was so bad we even contemplated just leaving the belongings in the hotel room in fear for our safety as me (26F) and my sister (21F) were alone and it was midnight. We literally ran in and got our stuff. We checked out At midnight on Saturday May 21 and drone the 4 hours home without resting at all in the hotel after driving 5 hours down to Queens that morning. Even though we had paid to stay both nights 5/20-5/21 and 5/21-5/22. We really thought that driving home after being awake almost 24 hours was safer than staying at the hotel. Yet we were offered no refund. I am very angry about this.
(We we’re in the hotel a total of 10-15 minutes and did not have the time to risk sticking around to take pictures.)
We were worried about our safety; the place was very noisy, and we did not sleep at all. The bed was comfortable, but just seemed like a very unsafe area to be in. We thought we were getting a place very close to the airport, but it was a $30.00 trip. Then when we asked the Hotel for the number for a taxi,we got a guy who did not have a meter and could not take credit card & said he could not go to airport, seemed very strange.
