"The property it's self was excellent, it was a shame the roof bar was not open. There was a lot of rubbish bags etc, just outside the front of the property. I am not sure if this belonged to the property. The room was extremely clean, and the view was amazing. I have already passed the details to friends as a recommended property to use. "

"Absolutely loved staying here. From check in we received the best customer service. Our room was not quite ready and we did not mind,the beautiful Erica provided us with a basket of goodies to apologise for our troubles.The grab and go breakfast was perfect. Loved the historical feel of the hotel and security was paramount. Quiet rooms, clean and brilliant locations. 30 sec walk to times square and staff informative. Cant wait to come back"

"Fantastic as always! Have stayed here 11 times in 2 years—close to everything including a discounted parking garage. The location next to the subway is also a bonus! The rooms are a little small but they are clean and utilitarian. For us, location and cleanliness are the most important factors. The rooftop bar is spectacular! And so is the lobby bar!"
