"Staff were well informed and very responsive with a professional attitude and distinct friendliness. Trams were conveniently situated across the road which meant a perfect location for the Botanic Gardens, Central Markets and Rundle Street. Our stay involved four nights on the first floor and on the afternoon of our return, prior to departing SA the following day, we spent a night on the second floor. The beds were wonderful on both levels but the second level was a cut above. Although the bathroom sinks need an upgrade on both levels, (and the bathroom as a whole on the first level,) we would enjoy staying there on a return visit. The positives by far exceeded any negatives. "

"The suite was impressively large with comfy kingsize bed and outside noise was barely audible. Quite luxurious!!"

"Foodaries are nearby. I had a problem with my bathroom’s exhaust fan; when I reported it to the staff, the owner replaced the exhaust fan within an hour."

"Stayed in 2br unit and was wonderful. Microwave broke down and within 10 mins staff had organised a replacement and took away the broken down one. Lovely clean place and parking at base of stairs."
