Lots of space for the 11 of us to be together, that dining table is amazing, but lots of different smaller spaces for us to hang out in smaller groups. "The Gryphon is a perfect location for a group wanting to explore Prince Edward County. The common areas were spacious and each of the 5 bedrooms had its own bathroom. It was a lovely old home and property. "

"Our family greatly enjoyed our week staying in Watercombe. The waterfront is stunning and we frequently took out the kayaks to explore the bay. All amenities worked very well for us. One note for anyone staying longer (we stayed for a full week) would be that trash and recycling have to be driven out to the main road on collection day and there is not an outdoor bin to store a trash should you generate more than one bag."

"We were there in july 2024, family of 4. Overall, great country cottage, with everything we needed! Couldn't ask for more!! We felt like home. Near Sandbanks and Picton. And breweries ...btw Slake brewery is a wonderfull place! A lots of games available too ! The outside, hamac, table and the fire pit is wow! Sunsets are amazing! The host was always available for my questions ! And fast response! We really appreciate our week there. I would go back anytime!!"

This cottage vilage is gated and offers various activities for kids, a nice family pool, and the entire area is well-supervised and maintained by the condo management. The cottage we stayed in was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the activity center. Grandma enjoyed her comfortable queen bed, and the kids loved their bunk bed.
