"The Cozy Cottage is a short walking distance from town; took about 3-4 minutes! Quiet, clean and well appointed! The host/owner was very kind and attentive to making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was very comfortable. We thought it was perfect; just as described! "

"We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. She wanted to go to downtown Mt. Dora and see the Christmas lights. It was perfect. Many restaurants to chose from. The home is exactly as described. Great location to downtown Mt. Dora. We live just 45 minutes away so it made it a nice weekend getaway."

"We evacuated from Helene. Because we were unable to return to our home, we ended up having to rent multiple vacation rentals. This is the first home that actually looked like it did online--really lovely. (I agree, yard can use some TLC) I liked the retro touches throughout. Comfortable furniture and beds. Luxury towels and linens. Really nice! Walk west and cross over Dillard two block then three blocks north to Plant street and you'll find many wonderful restaurants and shops. Saturday...

"It was perfect for everything we needed it for! Even though it is in the driveway we definitely had privacy. The only reason I have a 4 out of 5 was because the pool was not filled so it was not available to us to use. Other than that I definitely recommend! "
