"Beautiful hotel in perfect location for Christmas stay"

"I enjoyed my one night at this property. The staff were pleasant. The only bad thing is the bar area is closed Sunday and Monday. I’m sure they have business reasons for this decision, but it would have been nice to just go downstairs to the bar and grab a quick bite and a drink. I guess there are worse places to find something to eat and drink, so it wasn’t awful. Overall a very nice stay. I would stay here again for the close proximity to Grand Central Station alone! "

"We just stayed three nights at the Hard Rock and it was fantastic! We had a terrace room that was absolutely beautiful. The front desk was very helpful and the hotel was very clean and felt safe. Would definitely stay there again."

"Great location within walking distance of so many things. The only downfall is leaving due to how elevators operate. They are always full at certain times so I would just allow some extra time. Otherwise, it was a great stay! The room was really clean and nice as well as hotel staff. Would recommend and definitely stay here again."
