Hoping this is refunded ASAP .I understand a swipe in case of damage etc , but they should definitely not have taken a debit from it without my authority. BLACK MARK FOR THIS. A suggestion would be to provide disposable shower/bath sponges. Also bedroom walls are very thin meaning enforced listening to next room's conversation....

"We stayed at the Clarenden for one night. Communication leading up to the stay was excellent. The hotel was traditional with original features but comfortable for the modern guest. The room was quite small but comfortable and clean. It was a very cold night leading up to the recent storm and the room was quite cold. Apart from that it was a very pleasant stay. "
