This home is perfect for those looking for monthly stays (32 days+) while they figure out their plans in Montréal.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home! Bixi station near home (self check out bike rentals), beautiful park with stunning trails, close to public transit that can take you to downtown.

Fully Furnished with wifi, two twin beds, one sofabed, one smart TV 55inch, washer, drier, fridge, & stove!

2 twin beds that can be put together to form a queen + Sofabed in living room.
The home has washer/drier/fridge/oven.
WIFI speed is 5-10 MBPS, good enough to browse/emails/make plans/watch youtube. Not good enough to game/work meetings with video conferencing.
Very family oriented neighborhood, very safe.
Other things to note
If you are sensitive to noise, it is important to note that the multi-plex was built in the 70s, and sound does travel easily. You will be on the top floor, however there are kids who live downstairs, and you might hear them.
