We had a great stay. This facility is extremely clean. The staff were wonderful and the bar staff specifically Oliver and Shania were beyond amazing. We will definitely be back.

Very basic things not offered- no robes in the room, no hot sauce or plum sauce with room service. Room service food was very underwhelming. The gym is nice. Location is great. Rooms are very outdated and tvs are extremely small. With so many other (better) options in that area of the city, we won’t be back.

The hotel is very nice . It is closed to everything 5 -10 mins walking , Old Town, Old Port , shopping, club, bars ,train station to Quebec City. Staffs are so nice.
