Excellent staff and hotel, room comfortable and spacious. Location very good for Gay Village and Rue Saint Catherine, and directly opposite the subway. Only downside was the huge number of homeless and beggars on the streets in the immediate vicinity. I never felt afraid or threatened, but they do actively approach you for money.

Very nice and efficient room attendants. They were friendly, professional and attentive to needs. I like the room a lot. Front desk was also very professional and nice. It is a bit pricy for the neighborhood.
