Our place is also walking distance from Beauty’s Restaurant , one the most epic breakfast experience in Montreal .

⋆NO PARTIES OR EXTREME NOISE
Parties are strictly prohibited. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for you to enjoy. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation, no refunds, and extra cleaning fees. City law requires noise to be kept reasonable at all times. Planning a party? Let me know—I can recommend my friend’s party-friendly property.

⋆NO SMOKING 🚭
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, not near open doors or windows. A deep cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking ($450 CAD).

⋆NUMBER OF GUESTS
All people, including non-overnight visitors, must be declared in your reservation’s # of guests. Each undeclared guest and visitor incurs a $75 / per night fee plus extra cleaning charges (if required). If you have any questions about this, contact me before check-in, I am glad to discuss with you.

⋆NO ANIMALS
No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.

⋆CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of regular use of the apartment, not parties or abuse. Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms, remove shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly. Please care for the property and furnishings so future guests can enjoy them too.

⋆WINDOWS & DOORS
Keep windows and doors closed and locked when not in use. On rainy days and in winter, avoid leaving windows open to prevent damage to the property.

⋆CHECK-IN TIME
Self-check-in is available after midnight, but assistance may be limited if I’m asleep. For support I suggest to keep with the Check-in window, I'm readily available from 8 AM to midnight for any issues and questions, always.
If arriving past midnight, let me know your estimated time in advance and be sure you received and reviewed the check-in instructions sent the day before.

⋆CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are subject to a $65/hour fee past 11:00 a.m. up to 1:00 p.m, beyond 1:00 p.m. resulting in an extra night's charge(this does not extend your reservation). Late check-out requests must be requested and pre-approved a full day in advance.

⋆KEYS & SECURITY
Lost keys or security items will incur an $85 replacement fee. Emergency assistance for lost items or intoxication-related access issues will result in a $150 charge. In rare situations, if required, we have the right to request a photo ID at check-in (this has never happened before).

⋆LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES
Basic supplies are provided for the first week. For longer stays, you may need to replenish consumable items. See Amenities for a detailed list of what's included. Additional cleaning services are available on request.

⋆EMERGENCY ACCESS
Building management may access the property in time of emergencies, mandatory inspections, or urgent repairs. I will always notify you beforehand whenever possible.

Perfect spot for our group!

We rented the two story condo for a family trip. There were 5 of us, all adults. The condo was lovely, clean, with multiple balconies. It had the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It was clean and cool with AC. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I could not say anything bad about this listing. We had a wonderful stay there and would return again!

Awesome appartment
Beautiful place right in the heart of the Plateau, very close to St. Laurent with all the shops and nightlife. Check out 'Iberico', the little Spanish restaurant right around the corner - outstanding! Clean, well appointed. Comfortable beds. Back patio is a nice place to hang out. Definitely a great find for a visit to Montreal!!!

The two floors were spacious. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. Four bedrooms and three baths made for a good stay! The neighborhood was great with lots of stores. Very conveniently located to get downtown, to Mount Royal, and Mile End. Daily parking available on the street using City parking kiosks. The property manager was very responsive.

Parking was tough to find...unless you speak/read French. House had no directions on how to use the TV or coffee maker. Killed several big black ants...but it's that time of year. Loved jacuzzi tub and shower though.

This was a very easy rental experience. Hosts are friendly and available. The photographs are very representative of the actual apartment which is well equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood is ideal for walking from the apartment to quality pubs and restaurants. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Perfect location to explore the City
Great place to stay with friends to be out and about exploring the city. Location was in perfect proximity to Mount Royal and surrounding neighborhoods. Old Montreal and the Port was an easy and fast BIXI Bike ride away (rent a block away) which made navigating and exploring the entire city a breeze. The host had excellent communication, responded almost instantly to all my questions and was extremely accommodating with early checkin and holding our bags for us after checkout.

Excellent place for groups of all sizes!
Truly an excellent place to stay in Montreal. We had a 12 person group and there was plenty space for all. Yuris was great with all communication and made the logistics of getting settled in a breeze. The location of the home is the amazing. Walking distance to so much Montreal has to offer and just a short taxi or Uber to everything else. When we make our return to Montreal, this will be the first place we look!

Great location for a larger group.
We had a great time at this property; it is located in a very pleasant neighborhood and is accessible to a number of terrific restaurants and bars. We liked the two-story layout, which made the apartment seem quite large, and the patio was perfect when the weather was accommodating. Note that one of the beds is actually in a nook in the living room, but because of the previously mentioned two-story layout, you can easily treat that area as a bedroom later in the evening and retire upstairs. Great for a group of couples, or a large family.

Beautiful Home in a Fantastic Location
This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. The property was perfect for my group, with plenty of space for sleeping. The terrace is a great space for summer BBQs with family and friends. The property is very well situated in the city, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within close walking distance. The owners of the property are a pleasure to deal with and were always prompt with their communication. I will definitely be booking this property again for future trips to Montreal.

Great Apartment in the Heart of Le Plateau
This apartment was perfect for our family of 2 kids < 5 years old. It even had enough bedrooms for my mother-in-law to come stay with us for two nights. Exceptional location near Mount Royal, playgrounds, tons and tons of restaurants and bars. Close to a grocery store. It really had everything we could have asked for in an apartment and the roof deck was just wonderful to enjoy those warm June evenings with a bottle of wine.

Fabulous Stay
Just got back from a long weekend at this property and it could not have gone better. Check in was a breeze and Yuris was very accommodating in letting us check in early for a very small fee. The location was fantastic. We could walk anywhere in Mont Royal and downtown and Old Montreal were a quick cab ride away. It was very spacious and clean and was perfect for our group of eight as pretty much everyone had their own queen or king bed. We loved using the patio area as well and the showers were great. Yuris was extremely responsive and easy to work with throughout and if I ever find myself in Montreal again, this property is a no brainer.

Girl’s Trip!
We loved staying at this property. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us to have our own bedroom and common space where we could spend time together. It was easy to either walk or Uber anywhere we wanted. For future visitors: it might be helpful to note that this apartment spans the upper two floors of a row house: one staircase up to the common space and 2 bedrooms, and another set of stairs up to the kitchen and another 2 bedrooms. All in all, we loved our stay. The owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive. This was perfect for us!

Beautiful unit ! Great location, very clean.
This is a great property, very functional and well located, walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants. Great communication with Mana ( host). The apartment is very clean and organized. Easy to checkin and checkout. Our only concern was about parking, since most of the places closes early and on the weekends. Parking on the streets are restricted. ***We found a parking garage that gave us an access code, and we were able to get in and out after hours and during the weekend. Stationnement Mont-Royal Parking- 4510 Clark Montréal QC.

It was nice enough
Great location, but the main shower doesnt have cold water. Its was scalding and made it difficult to use. Nice place but you definitely get the sense it is not really lived in. After I booked and paid the host company really seemed a bit uninterested in the quality of our stay. It was fine though, just nothing too special here other than the location.

Excellent location and fantastic patio
A group of friends came to enjoy a trip to Montreal and this house was the perfect home base to do so. The location of the place is fantastic and right in the middle of a really cool neighborhood. It's easy to access just about all of the city from the apartment. Moreover, the patio is larger than we thought it would be an awesome amenity. Definitely recommend using this space during the warmer months. Would definitely stay in this house again! Also, perhaps this is unusual, but the house had FANTASTIC showers! Not always the case w/ rentals and it was welcomed!

Spacious Apartment in Great Neighborhood
The townhouse was very spacious with 4 bedrooms with bed and desks in each, a large kitchen, and a nice living room. We enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop terrace. The neighborhood has a great selection of restaurants and it is near the attractions (you could walk, but it is a long walk). We never had any trouble parking, but we did have to be careful to park on the correct side, which changed sometimes. We did have a few issues (it wasn't cleaned for our arrival, one of the showers didn't work) and the management company worked quickly to resolve them. They even took the time to mail an item we left behind.

Good memories.
This was a good find! The place was true to the photos, very clean, well appointed with basic supplies, and super comfortable beds. Check in and out was easy. The host responded quickly when we had questions or difficulty working with a his digital lock. The wifi worked very well. The unit was quiet, even though on a big street with bus traffic. We were very pleased with the quality of the linens, and the location was excellent! Near cafes and restaurants, walking distance to transportation, and so close to a nice walk up Mont Royale. It would be nice to have night stand with reading lights in all the rooms. but there were more than enough ceiling spots. The oven is a little tricky in terms of temperature. (only used it once). Deck is wonderful but unfortunately it was too cold to make use of it. Would rent again in the future. Nancy L
