"This is like a home stay and the host, Cherry is awesome, She picked us up from the station, have given us all the details about local sightseeing. The room is big, has a nice balcony and you get a cool panoramic view of the mountain and sea. The breakfast was awesome and the property is too clean and tidy. You will get a refrigerator inside room. I will love to stay here again, once I make a plan for Monterosso, Cinque Terre.This stay was actually beyond my expectation."

"Close proximity to the beach, restaurants and train station…bedding is kind of an issue since they use twin beds pushed together… staff is the plus here since they really go out of their way to make sure your travels are safe and comfortable…"

"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"We were visiting Monterosso as part of a roadtrip through Italy. We got caught in traffic and realised we'd never make it to the hotel by the cut off check in time so we called the number provided which lead to a message in Italian. We tried for hours with no response, we even had local officers translate the message but they said it made no sense. "We had a lovely stay in this cute little room right in the middle of Monterosso. There was a kettle and fridge in the room and a wonderful bakery just outside our door. There were eateries everywhere nearby. "

"Hotel 5 Terre was a nice location for access to Monterosso and the train station to the other Cinque Terre villages. Parking and breakfast included makes it worthwhile! It’s an older property so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities, but it certainly serves its purpose. WiFi worked so that was a plus! Staff was helpful. "

"Hotel Porto Roca is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are brand new - super clean, modern, wonderful bathroom. Our room was a 2 room suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea - absolutely stunning views. Breakfast buffet was very nice with a large selections. Hotel offers transportation to and from main part of town - a very short walk but with luggage transportation is was very beneficial. Highly highly recommend this hotel . "
