"The staff was super friendly and helpful. I did get stuck on the 15th floor for 20 minutes due to elevator maintenance. I wished they could have communicated more. A fellow hotel guest helped me to get to the lobby. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would go again."

We stayed on the 19th floor. The staff at the front desk are friendly. Our impressions are very positive, and we will definitely come back again."
