"This property provides easy access to Hudson Yards. It doesn't seem like a Courtyard - more like a modern boutique hotel at a good price point for NYC. My room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals, which was difficult to alleviate without windows that open. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe. "This was an amazing location for the price. The room was on the smaller side but we expected that. It was spotless! The staff was super nice. The hotel was quiet. There was never a long wait for the elevators. We will stay here again."

"Main complaint is that the room temperature was very hard to control - either freezing or burning hot and the Restaurant is not accessible most of the time ( the gentlemen at Restaurant podium were pretty rude). Great front desk staff, try their hardest to be accommodating. "
