"This is an excellent choice for broadway shows, Times Square, touristy food and souvenirs and bus tours. The hotel is trendy and has 2 cool bars and you can order food any time. Plenty of space to hang out in lobby when waiting for your room or your pick ups etc. I only have 2 cons, the bathrooms in the room have no privacy, but they have a great guest restroom on the ground floor to use instead. There were also bugs in the room. "

"Really great stay at a clean, safe and beautiful hotel! This was a great option to the hotels near Times Square which feels very dangerous these days. The staff was very responsive and helpful at 11:30 at night when we needed a few more blankets, etc. "

"Overall the stay was good. Started off rocky with them giving me the key to an occupied room. Once they corrected that, the room I was given didn’t have air conditioning functioning but once the HVAC crew came and fixed it, it was good. For some reason the following morning I had the same issue where the AC stopped working but it wasn’t worth calling the front desk because I needed to check out, but it made the morning a little annoying. "
