Mattress was too soft for my back but that’s a personal preference. Overall very nice experience

Room was ok, floors needed a better cleaning. Our room was over looking the parking garage and lots of light shinning in at night. Bed not overly comfy.
We got locked out of our room one night and the key stopped working on the elevators on a different occasion.
