"Recommend getting the breakfast and taking a taxi from JR line Sapporo station. Great hospitality and shopping in the city.
We went off-season and only for a few days, so missed out on the museums and gardens. Still well worth visiting and seeing Sapporo by train.
Recommend trying some restaurants around town and experience a live event venue."
"Close to the JR station. The 7/11 convenience store is connected to the hotel.
The amenities are great and the bathroom was roomy.
There are 2 pillows and the bed is perfectly firm /soft.
There is a hot bath on the 2nd floor which was super nice. I will definitely, stay there again.

"I like this hotel. It’s very walkable to all attractions in the city. There is a bakery just right next door. I suggest the hotel to increase the washing machine count because there are only two washing machines, and one was out of service during my stay. "
"I love the convenience of having Lawson’s, a laundromat, Spa, quiet areas and pool at rooftop.
What needs to be improved is the elevator service and the centralized heating which makes some rooms very warm and uncomfortable and unhealthy for more than one person to share. These rooms should be allowed some fresh air by allowing windows to be opened even a tiny bit."
"Good location with dining and shopping all within walking distance. Very friendly staff and nice amenities including breakfast soup as well as complimentary coffee and tea. Parking is quite limited but there are outdoor parking nearby at very low price. "
"The room was great, breakfast was amazing, the sidewalk outside the hotel was very slippery (icy), overall stay was great except for the interaction with the front desk agent (man with long hair), I did not get a warm welcome, he needs to have a nicer attitude, and he looked bored doing his job."
