"This was the first hotel we stayed at in Japan. For western visitors, this was a very easy hotel to get used to right after arriving. All of the expected amenities are there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any requests we made. The hotel is located right near Shibuya crossing and station, so it is a great place to stay if you want quick access to the rest of Tokyo via the train station. Also had a great view! "

"What a wonderful property filled with so much history. Stunning hotel. Great breakfast. Spacious room with your own sauna and jet bathtub. Great location with 5 minutes of the subway station. "The front desk team went out of their way to make guest feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, joyful and helpful. There were events/parties happening 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, so the lobby and our floor were busy, but once we were in our room, it was not an issue (noise did not travel). "I was worried the hotel room would be too small but it was actually great! It had big windows that faced the street so it felt bigger. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The people who worked there were super friendly! Location is about 15 mins walk from Shibuya station and crossing area, so a little off the beaten Ebisu is like 10 mins walk which is a really cool neighborhood. We really loved it there!"

"We received the only room on the 9th floor. It was the largest room we stayed in our entire time in Japan. It had a spacious balcony with a little Zen garden that overlooked the city. The front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. I can't speak for every time type, but the one we stayed in was great."
