"Tammy and Dave are amazing host and always available to answer and questions or recommendations of what to do, eat, ect. The little surprises like cookies available before calling it a nite, water and drinks in the fridge. The breakfast was made fresh and was delicious, made just for you. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets area the softest I have ever slept in. Thanks for making my birthday time special, you both and like a new friendship that was made. "

"This bed and breakfast is run by a lovely young couple who were a delight to talk to. I had numerous questions before we arrived and they were answered promptly. The rooms were clean and charming. The history of the building is fascinating and there was a lot of literature on hand about the area. The breakfast was delicious, a recipe from the owner's grandmother who was also the previous owner. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!"

"We were disappointed with our stay at the Buckhorn Inn. I had called the owner in the morning to let them know of our time of arrival and nobody was there to unlock the door for us. After waiting for twenty minutes we drove to the next restaurant to call them, since there is no cell phone reception at the Inn. "This little rustic cabin was warm and inviting. Had most of everything you'd need. It is very secluded right on the Crab Run stream which was rolling while we were there from all of the rain. "My husband and I stayed at the river retreat for a long weekend for our anniversary. We enjoyed fishing in the river! I forgot before leaving that the house did not have TV, because I was going to bring one with me. It actually ended up being a much better vacation because we did not have the TV. We spent every night at the fire pit enjoying each others company with well stocked firewood! Thanks for the use of the house!"
