"The hotel is beautiful and the views from the lobby and our room was amazing; ask for a room with a river view. The bed was extremely comfortable - not too firm and not too soft. Everything was spotlessly clean. It's pricey; read the fine print when you book. Parking is not included (at least not in our reservation). It is valet and cost $58/night. We were only there one night but they did mis-ID our vehicle (both times we used it) which caused substantial confusion when we were checking out and they bought us a really nice cadillac sedan instead of our rather beat up and aged Toyota 4Runner. But we loved the whole feel of the place and the location, right at the foot of canal on the river and on the edge of the Quarter. We plan on going back. "
