This is a good location and convenient for the convention center. There is plenty of space with the fridge and kitchen area, but smoke smells from the other rooms.

Overall property itself was great and a convenient location for what I traveled to new orleans for. Property states $250 deposit which I expected. But ended up tying up over $700 on my account to which could get no explanation for. All they could say was we are sorry the charge will fall off your account in 3 to 5 business days. Dont know bout you hut $700 is alot of money to tie up for your average person for days. So keep an eye on your bank account you use to book here.

The parking attendant left my car windows down and it poured rain into my car. I still have not heard from them to rectify the situation. They also parked in an area that got my car booted which caused much stress and delay. I am not very happy about the lack of follow up on the car issue

The hotel was a great place for us to stay before taking a cruise. It was close enough to walk. The breakfasts were a good surprise not just a continental breakfast.

The staff qas courteous and friendly. However, we found a dirty shirt stuffed between the head board of the bed and mattress. The light cover in the bathroom fell down and the tv in the bedroom area was disconnected. I called for someone to come but they never came so I connected it myself. The beds were old and hard as BRICKS! They were very uncomfortable.

This was a last minute booking for my husband and I and it was perfect for our night in the city. Blocks from our evening event and then a wonderful breakfast to start the day in advance of our afternoon event . The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d stay again for sure!

Great place to stay for families and groups that want to be in same room with own bedrooms. Similiar to a timeshare/villa setup. Room was more spacious than advertised w/plenty of privacy. Sofa beds are like most and not comfortable so better to bring an extra blanket to sleep on with sofa not pulled out. Facility is clean, older style. Room service must request 24 hrs ahead. Not within the hustle and bustle of the city which is about a 10 min ride or 15 min walk. Within a block are some great eateries such as The Butcher and The Flamingo Go Go, safe area.
