"The staff were very kind and caring, respectful. They went out of their way to treat my dad with severe confusion due to dementia with genuine compassion. My elderly parents appreciated all the staff and the size of the room that we were in. The hotel itself is dated and really needs some direct work. The bathtub faucet desperately needed replacing. The continental breakfast is not suited for people with dietary concerns."

"The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. Driver in the morning checked to make sure every room registered to go was on the bus. Hotel was very clean and staff was great"
