"Upon check in we noticed the smell of fish upon entry. The wifi was not working and took 3 hours to fix.The only toilet did not work. We struggled to find things to cook with as there were no pots, pans or cooking trays, just grease and old food in the oven. ANTS EVERYWHERE. No shampoo for or body wash, just an empty conditioner bottle. There was a constant shaking of the walls and constant screaming from kitchen above there was an incident where the alarms went off and scared my kids during...
