"This is a fantastic property! Great location with lots to do in the area and a short ride to the Saddledome. The only issue was the check-in. It took well over an hour to get access as the person responsible for getting us into the building did not answer their phone when we buzzed them from the lobby."

The unit itself also looked generally like the pictures. However, the details were lacking. There were stains on one of the towels, blankets (though the sheets were fine), and couch. "The check in side door is in a not so safe narrow area so just a heads up if arriving at night. Once in you do get a key for the front door. A printed sheet with welcome info would be appreciated but maybe im just old school. Host was patient with me setting up internet.
