"Great food options both for evening meal & breakfast. The bed was very comfortable (room 24) however the bathroom extractor fan took an eternity to go off & it was noisy! The fan itself needed a good hoover. Shower also disappointing very little pressure, difficult to get a good temperature. Decor tired. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The tea/coffee room facilities were excellent. The flask of milk & water very much appreciated. Thank you. "

"Had an enjoyable stay as two adults and three children in a family room with breakfast for two nights. The health spa facilities were in good condition, pool was warm, and the gym has had a decent refurbishment. Breakfast buffet enjoyable, and even more so as table service on our second morning where we ticked what we wanted from a list of hot items and they were served plated to our table. "The welcome we got was fantastic. Everyone called us sir and madam. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and tidy, although way too hot. We had to turn the radiator off and open the window. The food was delicious and the waiters very attentive.
