From the small red door to come in, to taking my shoes off inside, the classical music playing on entrance, the beautiful fireplace and welcome area, the suit of armour, the staircase, the 4 poster bed, the free standing bath...I could go on and on but this is possibly my favourite hotel I've ever stayed in. "Most comfortable bed ive ever slept in"

"Great food options both for evening meal & breakfast. The bed was very comfortable (room 24) however the bathroom extractor fan took an eternity to go off & it was noisy! The fan itself needed a good hoover. Shower also disappointing very little pressure, difficult to get a good temperature. Decor tired. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The tea/coffee room facilities were excellent. The flask of milk & water very much appreciated. Thank you. "

"Stopped overnight enroute to LeShuttle, very convenient just off the M20, in a village. Room spacious and comfy, with good quality tea/coffee. Enjoyed a tasty meal downstairs in the restaurant. In the room you could hear the people in the restaurant talking, but it was silent after 10pm (and they do provide earplugs if needed). "Rooms were great, big, clean and well equipped, the bar and restaurant downstairs were lovely and the food amazing. But what made it was the service from a young chap behind the bar Matt or Mark (forgive me can’t remember), went above and beyond!! "

"The Coach House is absolutely amazing, so much attention to detail. There was 12 of us in total and everyone of us thought it was fabulous. Brian & Sarah were excellent and we wanted for nothing. We would highly recommend The Coach House. There was so many things to do in the grounds but sadly the weather didn’t let us. We were able to make full use of the hot tub and the sauna. There was more than enough entertainment for us all in the house. A very big thank you to Brian & Sarah. "

"Host Deb was friendly but this did not compensate for a room and house that smelt stale- a mix of dog and cigarette smoke. Keeping the windows open meant lots of noise from the busy road. Shower tray was blocked. Doesn't offer actual breakfast (as advertised) but was offered some toast. Generally poor experience."
