"Huge rooms and location was close to the ferry. Staff were lovely. Outside of the hotel us looking a little worn but inside is lovely. There’s steps and a bridge to get over the room which is a little tricky if you have a pram etc. if using the buses to get around. "

My girlfriend forgot her ring in the bathroom when we checked out. Sandy from housekeeping quickly returned it to the front desk and Andy called us about it.
