"02/2025. The staff were so polite and accomodating. The property was well maintained and clean. Our priorities were a dolphin cruise, beach walking, the Turtle Reserve, and the Bird Reserve. So this property was walking access to everything but the dolphins and Shell Beach. The breakfasts were about average with cold cereals, pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs and a hot breakfast meat. There was also a make-to-order omelet chef who made tasty omlets of your choice. The room however needed...

"I could not give a 5-star for a few minor things. The room amenities were definitely dated except for the tv. We had an Oceanview but the exterior of the window was so dirty we couldn’t enjoy it. When we were outside we noted several windows the same. I noted 2 AED that were not functioning (I used to install them). When they turnover the rooms, be sure to stock everything, TP, remote controls, Kleenex, coffee cups, etc. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again myself. "

"Great room. Was supposed to have wifi, it did not, even after calling maintenance, no wifi for TV or my devices. Everything else was great. Hopefully wifi world or is upgraded if I come back."
