"Staff is exceptional "

"Property is not new but I see efforts being made to refurbish it. Overall, the property is beautiful, needs loving care here is there (vacuum cleaner will be useful plus carpet cleaner). Sheets and towels were nice and clean, room ambiance excellent. Furniture did not offered a lot of storage space. Room with partial view was amazing and offered peaceful view from our room. The location is perfect and close to many amenities (nature center, turtle center, etc.) We loved the warm pool and sitting area with the walk-able beach. Chairs need to be washed on occasion, since it is difficult to sit on dirty chairs (with bird droppings on it). Restaurant offered basic menu but tasty. Starbucks helps with coffee cravings. Daily breakfast were tasty and serving area was nice and clean, offering omelet station. We loved waffles with strawberries. Staff: General Manager is amazing, the manager on duty on 2/15/2025 needs customer training. Overall staff was very helpful and supported us at any time. "
