"Property is located conveniently near shoreline, attractions, and restaurants. Property has only stair entrance and no elevator so be mindful if you're traveling with luggage or have mobility issues. Thermostat in shower provides lukewarm or icy water flow. Beds were comfy. Staff were attentive and respectful of guest during quiet hours. However, I did have issues with my rooms door lock. There's a self-service station in the lobby for coffee or tea. "

"Reservations mean nothing to this hotel. I booked two rooms well in advance for the 2024 Mexican 1000 race so that my team would have a place to crash before the next day of racing. We arrived at 5:00 p.m. and we're told that they had already given away our rooms. Clearly, someone had shown up before us and waved cash in their faces.
