This fancy resort is great but not perfect. The staff is amazing but we got a little subpar treatment once we decided not to sign up for their resort membership (maybe this was a coincidence?). The resort is 35 mins from the town of Loreto. A complimentary shuttle to town would have been nice once you and the family exhaust the activities there. Otherwise it was probably the nicest place we have ever stayed at.

I don’t just like they charged you service fee for every transaction you made in the property , and during the night the pathways is too dark , just can easily add a little more illumination on the palm trees or decoration would be awesome .
