However, the pool is not heated so the swim up bar and pool have no one using it because the pool is very cold. One day the hot tub was too hot to get into, next day luke warm. The staff are hard to recognize as they just wear their street clothes and play with their phones so you have to chase them down to get service, they wont come asking you if want a drink etc. They dont...

"Property is located conveniently near shoreline, attractions, and restaurants. Property has only stair entrance and no elevator so be mindful if you're traveling with luggage or have mobility issues. Thermostat in shower provides lukewarm or icy water flow. Beds were comfy. Staff were attentive and respectful of guest during quiet hours. However, I did have issues with my rooms door lock. There's a self-service station in the lobby for coffee or tea. "
