Tremendous location downtown, includes parking, and the property management company communicates well and is responsive. As an FYI - the mattress is on the firm side. The bedside white noise machine is a nice touch!"

"You need to elaborate on the length and time it takes to get from parking lot to room in the description so visitors are prepared to bring luggage through the mall. Suggest getting the monthly parking at ABM with your property and adjusting the room price accordingly. We were staying here for heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and the special event parking prices and availability of spots was not convenient for our long term stay"
