"This is our favorite place to stay in Midtown - a great location, helpful and friendly staff, endless supplies of coffee, tea and water in the lounge area, comfortable rooms and usually good value for money. They are renovating the property right now and we really hope they don’t take away the character and reasonable prices."

"We stayed in a corner room overlooking the city and could see Radio City Music Hall and through a reflection could see the lights from the Christmas tree at the Rockefeller center. It was magical! And mostly quiet even though we were above the street. 10/10 would stay here again! Staff super nice and extremely helpful. In the middle of the city and walking to Times Square was a breeze. Nothing wrong with this hotel!"
