Even dealing with the disappointing mistake that Expedia made with our reservations and the status of our balance due, they lady at the desk was very patient and understanding with my frustration, showing sympathy and care. She made sure that our room would not be held, being that they were nearly at capacity. Mark, the bellhop, was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly, respectful and treated us like we were the only people staying at the hotel. He knew the issues...

The standard continental breakfast items were very good, the only disappointment was the eggs and sausages or similar selections were fair at best. Overall, a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites.
