"Small but comfortable studio rental. Each 8a/8b/8c unit has own picnic table, gas grill, and 2 Adirondack chairs w/ table under the awning/roof. Nice 7sqft fridge/freezer. Water is hot but low pressure. Bed okay but a bit soft. Second pillows are red "pleather" not best for humid climes. no beach towels. pre-check in email never landed but they called back within 5 minutes. "Our condo couldn’t have been better! It was so clean and had plenty of room. I am a tea drinker and was so happy to see a teapot in the stove top! It’s those little things that make a place perfect! Our view was amazing from the tiny balcony. The pool at this complex was huge! We used it every day. The location was within a short drive to many great restaurants. I highly recommend this condo and want to come back soon!"

"Love this place! Very friendly and secluded. Not your typical resort-look elsewhere if that’s what you want. But if you want a friendly private sailing camp where you hang out with other fun people and like to sail and kayak, this is absolutely it! The use of the sailboat alone more than pays for the room."

"Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do. "I absolutely loved my stay here. Check in was easy and the very nice man who checked me in gave me many wonderful recommendations for things to go see (most of which I did go see). The property is quiet overall and I got a parking space right next to my room. The private beach, although small, was decked out with plenty of chairs. I got some wonderful sunset photos from the dock as well. It is an older property and the room I had was a bit small, BUT I was barely in the room. It was comfortable and I slept well. Not a complaint, just a helpful tip: The locks on the doors are a little tricky, so it took me a couple days to get the hang of it (don’t push the key in super hard). There’s a little restaurant next door with a wonderful breakfast. On the other side there’s a great Italian restaurant. I have no complaints. I loved my stay and this was hands down the best vacation I ever had. I will definitely be back!"
