"Location was great minus road to access very bumpy...car massage all employees we delt with were friendly accommodating and very helpful from housekeeping to bartenders check in to check out amazing staff. Rooms are a bit dated but ours was very clean and our housekeeper was excellent. To be able to safely walk the beach to monkey's bar see the howlers and the capuchin monkeys...tours we did direct from hotel with dive carib excellent...really enjoyed our stay resort staff and foid...as well as massage with karoline and lety near the beach...just the best"

"Great staff and clean rooms. There was a cancelled flight checking in as we were and the front desk staff was very efficient and still very kind. The restaurant and bar staff were very accommodating. Definitely a great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport in the morning."

"The cleanest hotel I have been in for some time…the friendliest staff to be found anywhere..( and they speak English(!)..At least enough for this “non-Spanish speaking gringo to get by)!!! A gigantic pool with water slide and hot tub was icing on the cake!! Five stars!!!"

"I liked the dining facilities which offered a complimentary breakfast and a wide range of dinner options. The pool was nice. The receptionist/manager helped to make our stay memorable with his fluent English and enthusiasm for Costa Rican culture and his musical talents. The location is on the slopes of a volcano park where tours are available. It is about an hour’s drive from Liberia so we had an easy drive to catch our flight home. "

"Loved this place just from the beginning you literally fell like a star and since we entered until we left Christian the manager took care of us very well Just that the staff at the bar next to the swimming pool (in front of the spa) was a bit rude All the remaining staff was amazing be it in the restaurants or in the spa or the reception I would definitely return and take my whole family to it "
