This property is very nice. The service from the staff isn’t the best. For example, we ordered lemonade with our meal but it arrived after we finished eating. At check in I was told that the fridge would be stocked daily and snacks would be provided. I stayed there Sunday to Thursday. I didn’t remember about the snacks until my cousin mentioned them in her room. The entire time I was there my room was never stocked with snacks. I also learned that there were two beer options, regular and light. Everyday there were supposed to be 2 regulars and 2 lights. I did not receive this on any day that I was there.
Upon checking in I learned about the Star class option for the hotel. If this information was given to me when I booked the trip. I would’ve upgraded my stay. At check in they didn’t properly explain the benefits of the Star package. If I knew about reservations to restaurants etc, I would’ve paid for this package.
The steakhouse was not good. The sliders were missing ingredients. The meat was not flattened it was like eating a meatball in between bread. The steak was not good. It was poorly seasoned and bland. The most upsetting part was that when we arrived we were told that only Star class members could sit inside the restaurant. We were only told that the restaurants were first come first serve, not this.
The service at the Italian restaurant was very slow. The burgers at the Guy restaurant were so dry. The bun was not grilled. The swim up Bar two was really smelly.
