"See below list of issues: Damaged & dirty furniture in the bedroom. Mattress needed replacing. Bathroom - dated shower, toilet not flushing, extractor dirty and damaged. Emergency signage, non existent. The hotel reception over charged us with no apology, they took our credit card away from reception and ~I demand they haver to return with it. "

"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate 1 child who is 5 year old , and has autism. They gave us a upgraded room, so it was quiet. Staff were so pleasant to speak with and service was fast. The manager was like all staff very polite, and helpful. Our child screams constantly due to Autism, and staff were patient and helped all the time Definitely recommend for families. I am SM stayed room 602 in 4th till 5th Jan 2025 "
