Everything was great but the pillows are the worst pillows i have ever had and we have stayed there before and i don't remember having that problem in the past. The pillows felt like they washed them and the filling in them got meshed up into hard balls. So very uncomfortable. The bed was comfy. I asked for 2 pillows and they were very nice and brought us some. The staff is great. I will always be faithful to staying at the D. This is my favorite place downtown.

Took over an hour for check in so that I wouldn’t be required to change rooms in the middle of my stay that is pre booked and paid for 6 nights. The room was pretty dirty and old with bare minimum furniture and lighting (bathroom lighting was fine). Apocalyptic vibes. The carpet smelled and was very dusty/dirty. I ended up leaving early because they left a letter warning two hours before they shut off the water for four hours. There was no email available to contact the hotel or staff, only phone. I was offered a 25$ room charge to any of their restaurants as compensation (unused) for the inconvenience of not having access to water for bathing, drinking or other hygiene purposes during that time as well as needing to change my plans during a vacation day when I would have preferred to sleep in. It was incredibly noisy but it’s also right off Fremont so I suppose that’s somewhat to be expected. I needed to use my sound canceling headphones to sleep (a first for me ever and I’ve traveled to 29 countries.) The coffee shop was great. I feel my stay should have been discounted due to the surprise water issue but was told that wasn’t possible due to booking through Expedia. I hold the hotel accountable for the hotel shutting off my access to water and not addressing it properly or in a timely fashion in my opinion. Would not stay again and will share my experience to friends and family.

The food at the restaurant is really bad your better off going to McDonald’s restaurant service is really bad. The casino is horrible your playing craps. Posted. Minimum bet of $15. They change it when they feel like it. To $25. And tell you if you want to keep playing u have to bet more. What a joke.

Check in was smooth. The kind clerk gave us momey to buy a drink since we were there for a birthday. The room was basic but clean. There's tons to do on property and the hotel is in the heart of the Fremont St action. Check 8ut was also a breeze. No complaints!
