"I have stayed here a couple of times and find it a great option when in London, especially when visiting with my family. The rooms are big enough and in good (not excellent as they are a bit older) condition. The service is exceptional and the breakfast is great. They city view rooms are amazing. It is located within walking distance of London Eye and the Southbank with all the restaurants."

"We had a really great stay at the Marlin Waterloo as a family of four, but what truly made the experience stand out was the amazing service from Sezoi Con. We ran into him a few times during our stay—he was working as a bartender and also helped us out with a few things, including checkout. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and just genuinely kind. What really stood out to us was how great he was with our kids—super patient, welcoming, and made them feel special every time we saw him. It’s not often you come across someone who leaves such a positive impression, but Sezoi really did. The hotel was lovely, but thanks to him, our stay felt even more special. "I needed somewhere close to the US embassy for an early morning appointment. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient place to stay. The room was small but very well designed, with everything you could need for an overnight stay. The only window was a skylight with electronic controls for opening / closing and adjusting the blinds. (Not a problem.) The very limited clothes hanging space might make it less suitable for a longer stay - but I only saw one room. The breakfast was ample and very tasty with a very helpful young lady ensuring that everyone had what they needed."

"It was a great room newly refurbished and really lovely with a view of the London Eye room 610. Super close to the station and to everything especially Parliament and Big Ben. Wish it had a kettle for a cup of tea at night - don’t really want to pay for one at reception. And also a mini fridge as reception didn’t have ice But that aside I still give it 10/10 Wonderful friendly staff at reception too. Great hotel. "
