All the staff were pleasant and seemed very willing to help.We had a problem with the window, but the staff responded quickly and offered us another room, and the hot tub wasn't working when we were there, but they were planning to repair it on Monday. "Very good stay! The rooms are all old but are well maintained for what they are. Yes, the carpets has rips here and there but there are no weird smells, noises, etc. The people are great and very helpful. Just remember that this is like an apartment complex converted to a Residence Inn and so you will need to drive to your room after you check in and walk back for breakfasts in the AM. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. "
