"Clean and comfortable "

"Stayed on a pretty slow weekend/season, and things were nice and quiet. Room was pretty clean; clean enough for my wife to be happy, and that's not an easy bar to meet. Nice products in the bathroom, and a really good shower. $17 for the breakfast buffet, which we didn't take. $10 for parking in their garage/property, which is kind of silly out in the suburbs like that; we opted to not pay it, and to just park on the street, which was super close and easy. Friendly front desk staff."

"The property was nice, but the front lawn area was covered with stones and not usable. The interior was fine, with coffee and little nicities provided. The place was only 650 square feet which should have been listed. Seemed larger since the listing indicated that it slept 6 people. The check in the day before was cumbersome, unlike any other VRBO check ins. You also had to upload your driver's license or other "government identification". I didn't know how to do that and an email indicated that...

"Property & Location are outstanding. Host/Owner resides in apt above garage when when rented which made for some awkward moments. Based on previous reviews, we knew what to expect. Very limited closet space & parking. We also were familiar w/location of property as we lived in area for 30+ yrs. We likened our stay as if we were staying in "Aunt Harriet's house". Overall, very enjoyable experience. Thank you Cathleen & Mac. "
