"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last decade or so and this was the first time I’ve had any problems. The staff was not as friendly as in the past. The worst part was a small stain on the comforter I discovered on Christmas Eve when there was no housekeeping available. Disgusting enough to make me consider never staying there again! "

"Quiet and safe location in downtown Lake Oswego, even though it’s on a busy street. Older building still featured newer kitchenette (basic appliances) and very comfortable bedding. Adequately stocked bathroom. Over all a positive stay."

"Very good stay! The rooms are all old but are well maintained for what they are. Yes, the carpets has rips here and there but there are no weird smells, noises, etc. The people are great and very helpful. Just remember that this is like an apartment complex converted to a Residence Inn and so you will need to drive to your room after you check in and walk back for breakfasts in the AM. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. "

"I was pleasantly surprised that this motel had been recently updated. My room was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant and friendly. "

"The property was nice, but the front lawn area was covered with stones and not usable. The interior was fine, with coffee and little nicities provided. The place was only 650 square feet which should have been listed. Seemed larger since the listing indicated that it slept 6 people. The check in the day before was cumbersome, unlike any other VRBO check ins. You also had to upload your driver's license or other "government identification". I didn't know how to do that and an email indicated that...

"Property & Location are outstanding. Host/Owner resides in apt above garage when when rented which made for some awkward moments. Based on previous reviews, we knew what to expect. Very limited closet space & parking. We also were familiar w/location of property as we lived in area for 30+ yrs. We likened our stay as if we were staying in "Aunt Harriet's house". Overall, very enjoyable experience. Thank you Cathleen & Mac. "
