"The property had many accommodations and activities to do during the stay. From the living/sleeping spaces, the game room, and the outdoor spaces. There was plenty to do. The water was lower than shown in the photo (the water was not close to the dock like the photo, had to walk to get to the shore). Host had good communication and answered all questions. Highly recommend unless the water level is a deal breaker."

"Stayed overnight for work event and it was perfect. Very clean and had absolutely everything one would need. We spent some time outside just talking and taking in the South Coast air. I bet when the water is up it is a even better. Would recommend to anyone needing a quick stay."

"Fun weekend get away w close friends and our kids. Spacious house that gives you coastal /lake vibe and a feeling of the country. We saw Deer every evening and morning. Sitting by lake gives you a nicr coastal breeze. Highly recommend this property. "

"I don’t usually leave bad reviews, and the host was very accommodating and responsive. But Not all houses are safe or clean enough to be used as a for profit guest house. I am sure this was someone’s childhood house. However, whoever owns it now has not kept it up. The cleaning crew needs to be fired, It had trash and filth under beds, in corners, all on the cabinets and stove top. One of the toilets had a crack in the bowl and a sink that the water had stained brown. The water is smelly like maybe it has sulphur or iron ore content. The bedding and pillows were stained and very worn with no top sheet. Unfortunately, it also has some very unsafe showing wires and structural issues. It’s a do it yourself hodgepodge of add ons. It really put a damper on our stay. Some wedding guest refused to stay, and the rest of us had no choice because there was not another house available. "

"The property was very clean and suited our needs. However, arriving and seeing how low the lake has apparently been for over a decade was a bummer. The pictures on VRBO need to be updated. We were also unaware we’d be sharing the property with down stairs tenants."

"Had a great time on this stay. Grizz and Robin were honest, up front about any issues we may encounter there and very friendly. And that was before we even got there. Once we arrived, we were greeted by them and were the best neighbors. The property was clean with plenty of room for 6 adults to occupy for the weekend. Scenery was beautiful and surroundings very quiet and peaceful. All my friends and family loved it and said they definitely want to come back, maybe during winter for a little bonfire outside."
