"The complex is under major renovation. There was no hot water available on my last morning. I’m sure that these issues are beyond the control of the host. "The property was an amazing location and accommodation for our family including my 5 year old grandson who loved the pool, the playroom and the parks nearby. Close to all amenities, seaside walking path, shops, and great food. The host was amazing with quick and polite responses intent on making our stay super great. The unit met all our needs and we will be back again in 2025. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Location is great, lots of things in walking distance, including the Aquabus dock. Deck and views were fantastic. Interior would be a little tight for more than 3 or 4 people, but we were comfortable with one person in each bedroom and one on the foldout bed in the living room. Loved being on the top floor with no noise upstairs. Building was quiet and felt safe/secure. Host was very helpful and responsive. "

"We went for Grey Cup, 4 of us in the suite. Negatives, it’s tight, but we knew that going in. Positives, host was always available, place was clean, lots of linens and towels. Location was perfect, just outside of downtown it close to Gastown which was great and literally across the street from Roger’s Arena, BC Place and a Costco. I would consider returning if I needed a place again. "

"We were travelling with small kids so looked for something with a bit extra space for feeding them and not feeling trapped after early bedtimes - and Janice’s home was perfect for our needs. The description and photos are accurate and the space is so nice. Location wise was a bit far for us as we mostly drove to Richmond and downtown Vancouver, but planning for traffic was fine.
