"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can."

"Everything was good until the evening, the hotel, shut off, all the hallway, lights and stairway lights, my mom is walking down the stairs and she couldn’t see the steps properly and missed and caused her to fall and break her hip and shoulder. "Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool.
